I'm really glad you appreciate my effort regarding my first vector.
And to answer your question, I used photoshop cs3 (I edited the post also for your question, but it's easier for you to see it here ). In the beginning I tried illustrator cs3, but then I started again in phtoshop cuz I'm much more used with it.
